Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of chainsawbrother.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Chainsaw Brothers Tree Service ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates & Quotes

Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information and site conditions available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted for hidden hazards, access changes, or scope changes — we will communicate any change before proceeding.

Scheduling & Weather

Tree work depends on weather and crew safety. We may reschedule for storms, high winds, lightning, or unsafe ground conditions and will get you back on the calendar as soon as it is safe to work.

Property Access & Responsibility

You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to request work on it, and that you have disclosed known underground utilities, septic lines, irrigation, pets, and other site hazards. Please mark anything fragile in the work zone.

Insurance

We are fully licensed and insured. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may accrue reasonable late fees and collection costs.

Limitation of Liability

Tree work carries inherent risk. We take every reasonable precaution, but to the fullest extent permitted by law our liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not liable for pre-existing decay, concealed defects, or damage to items not disclosed in advance.
